The Health & Wellness Program (HWP) is an intense two-day meditation program on the integrated science of body, mind and spirit with 14 meditation techniques. Acharyas trained directly by Nithyanandaji conduct these classes at various places worldwide. All programs are in English. Health & Wellness Program - Meditation is medication!
